They have no problems harassing me to buy their insurance, so much as to come to my place of work and ask, inform me that if I don't do this or that my premium will go up But, when I ask when my money will be refunded, I don't get a single reply. This is the customer service at this Location. TRASH... However if you must have state farm I recommend the office of Brad Williams, also in Bedford. Last time I dealt with them there was decent people staffed at this location."
